Have you heard of Mike Maloney?
Mike is a precious metals investor who seems to have made it his mission to inform the middle class about what "true money" is... and how we're really all just slaves to currency. He's been making multiple videos that attempt to educate you how the world's monetary system is run and why're we're idiots of saving money (my words, not his)...

In short, it goes like this:
1) We're stupid for saving money and we don't know why
2) Hyperinflation robs currency's value until it's eventual failure (it's happened multiple times in the past century)
3) Buy lots of gold and silver to prevent from getting slaughtered
Of course he says it more eloquently and detailed than this, but for a start it may help you understand my mindset and why I started this blog. I don't pretend to understand or agree fully to what Mike Maloney is saying, but what he has done is open my eyes more to how much I don't know about how the world is run. Once I saw that everything I was taught about how to live my life was a lie (not on purpose), it made me want to study more and immerse myself in finding out about true wealth and what I want to do about it. I am not an expert, I am not an insider, I am a middle class man who feels like a vale has been lifted to the true inner workings of this world... I can't seem to turn away if I tried.
I don't claim to agree 100% on what Mike Maloney says, but that's okay! The main point here is to think broader, to see deeper and invest in my own education. This is what this blog is about. My online notebook of what I am thinking. I make no claims for anyone else, just my thoughts.
